Video shows FATAL STABBING of UKRAINIAN REFUGEE on Charlotte train

North Carolina authorities have released video showing the murder of a Ukrainian refugee on a North Carolina train in mid-August. The video shows Iryna Zarutska boarding the train and sitting in front of the suspect, Decarlos Brown. After a few moments, Brown stands up and stabs her. The video goes on to show Brown moving through the train and eventually exiting.
